New England native and singer-songwriter Jason Ingriselli is a passionate musician known for his high-energy, heartfelt live shows. Backed by his powerhouse band, The Miles North, Jason has crafted a signature sound he calls “New England Country Music.” Inspired by the ‘90s country classics he was raised on, his music has been shaped by years of performing everywhere from concert halls and music festivals to dive bars and brewery taprooms.
His country music career officially began in 2014 during a solo road trip to Nashville. That journey inspired his breakout single “Stone Walls” and led to his 2018 independently released debut album, The Miles North. Co-produced by Dave Swanson and recorded in both Connecticut and Tennessee, the album features Grand Ole Opry members and Grammy-winning Nashville session musicians. When a local music festival invited Jason to perform this new material live, he called on top regional musicians to form a backing band. Today, fans know this high-energy group as The Miles North.
Building their reputation the old-fashioned way—on stage—Jason Ingriselli & The Miles North have shared bills with national acts like the Eli Young Band, Chris Janson, Matt Stell, and the Little River Band. Jason also provided direct solo support for Avery Anna during her 2024 tour. Additionally, the band has partnered with iHeartRadio for multiple St. Jude charity events, opening for artists such as Dylan Scott, Randy Houser, and Hailey Whitters.
Their growing momentum recently earned them a 2024 New England Music Award nomination for Country Act of the Year. With a catalog that includes fan-favorite singles like “Matches to Burn,” “Destination,” and their 2025 release “Wide Open,” Jason and The Miles North continue to carve out a distinct place in the independent country music scene, bringing a northern voice to the heart of country music.
