Camping at Rhythm & Roots:

Camping at Ninigret Park is allowed ONLY during the Rhythm and Roots Festival beginning at 9 Friday morning and ending at noon on Monday. The area is perfect for RVs, pop-up campers and tents. The terrain is flat, grassy, and spacious.

Portable toilets, hand washing stations and drinking water are provided free of charge. Showers are available for a nominal fee. There are bike trails, hiking trails, tennis courts, a planetarium and freshwater swimming pond on site. Bikes are not allowed into the stage area, so please secure your bike with a lock while you're enjoying the music.

The Town of Charlestown does not allow alcohol in Ninigret Park camping area. Beer and wine are available for sale inside the concert area.

NINIGRET PARK will OPEN for CAMPERS to line up at
SUNRISE FRIDAY, AUGUST 29.
Festival Camping Area will open at 9 am Friday.

Park Gates will be locked at Sundown (7:30pm) Thurs.
and will reopen at Sunrise (6:09am) Fri.
No parking along the road outside the park.
If you will be in the area Thursday night,
you will need another location to camp or park.

Each person camping at R&R must have a camping ticket.
Be sure to reserve in advance.
We sell only 1200 camping tickets and are sure to sell out.

Camping tickets are sold ONLY as a Full Festival package.
We do NOT sell ONE DAY camping tickets.
Please check nearby campgrounds if you plan to camp only one night.
